What we collect

When you use our contact form or email us, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, preferred day and time, interests, and any message you send. We do not ask for payment details through this website.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry details to respond to you, arrange a free chat, and follow up about support that may suit you. Preferred booking times are preferences only until confirmed with you.

Storage and sharing

Enquiry emails are sent to our business inbox via our email provider. We do not sell your personal information. We may share relevant details with co-founders Mitchell Museth and Destiny Erhunmwunse so they can reply.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry records only as long as needed to respond and, if you become a participant, as required for service records and legal obligations. Exact retention periods will be confirmed in the final privacy policy.

Your choices

You can ask what information we hold about you, request a correction, or ask us to delete enquiry details where we are not required to keep them. Contact us using the details above.
